General aspects

DAGAL Cleaning Service is a brand of HIDDENSPICE, LDA, and its services cannot be reproduced or used without its authorization.


Prices and Payments

The prices for the services will be charged in accordance with the price list in force. The prices shown do not include applicable taxes, such as VAT and others that may apply.


Payment terms are agreed with the customer and appear in the order confirmation and/or invoice. Failure to pay by the due date entitles DAGAL Cleaning Service to charge interest at the legal commercial interest rate, plus 5% per annum.


If you wish to cancel the contracted service, the customer is obliged to communicate the cancellation in writing 48 hours in advance of the start date of the service. Failure to comply with the provisions regarding cancellation obliges the customer to pay an amount corresponding to 75% of the value of the contracted service.


Requests

The customer must place his order in writing or otherwise. Upon receipt of the order, a confirmation will be issued.


DAGAL Cleaning Service reserves the right not to accept new orders if there are amounts that are not regularized or expired by that same customer.


The deadlines for submitting requests are merely indicative and cannot give rise to cancellations or refusals in the case of advance or delay.


After-sales service and warranty

DAGAL Cleaning Service guarantees the good quality of the services provided. The warranty is considered excluded when the anomaly is due to improper use by the customer.


The customer is obliged to verify the conformity of the service provided immediately after providing it, signing the declaration of good conformity for this purpose.


If the declaration of good compliance is not signed, the service will be presumed to have been properly provided if the customer does not complain within 24 hours.


Complaint

If there is an anomaly in the provision of the service, the customer must inform DAGAL Cleaning Service of its existence in writing and with photographs. This communication must be made within 24 hours.


Once the complaint is received, DAGAL Cleaning Service is obliged to communicate whether it accepts responsibility for the anomaly or refuses it. If it accepts responsibility, it will inform the customer whether it will repair, replace or refund the price paid, with DAGAL Cleaning Service assisting in choosing the means of resolution.


Compensation for any damages is expressly excluded, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.


Representatives

DAGAL Cleaning Service's representatives, employees or salespeople do not have the right to bind it under conditions different from those established in these general conditions or those established when accepting the order. Any changes to these general conditions or to the order will only be binding on DAGAL Cleaning Service if they are expressly accepted in writing.


Competent Forum

In the event of a dispute regarding the interpretation or execution of the service provision conditions, the competent Alternative Dispute Resolution (RAL) entity must be consulted.
