This service includes:
- Travel of a specialized technical team.All specialized cleaning products and materials to ensure good cleaning.Vacuuming and cleaning of the floor in all rooms.Removal of fine dust on all surfaces, including the inside of cabinets if they have been unoccupied.Removal of debris of putties and paints on ceilings, ceiling lamps, walls, windows, glass, frames, blinds, furniture, skirting boards and floors. Cleaning of easily accessible windows (no need for a ladder) only on the inside.
Important notes:
This service can only be carried out 48 hours after the date of completion of the work/renovation.
The location must have electricity and access to piped water to carry out the service.
The reception and dismissal of the technical team is done in person, by the customer or their representative, even if they do not remain on site during the service.
The contracted service hours include the travel of 1 (one) cleaning technician, without prejudice to the possibility of a higher number of technicians being assigned in order to complete the service more quickly, without this implying a change in value budgeted. For example, for a service with 4 hours contracted, 2 technicians could be sent who will complete it in 2 hours.

Materials will be taken in the quantity necessary to carry out cleaning.
Hiring this service requires a minimum of 6 hours. If the service lasts less than 6 hours, unused hours will not be refunded.
The number of hours requested is subject to confirmation in accordance with the description of the property and the cleaning needs identified on site.
